Robert van Dalen
Teamcoach labelling consultants
During my studies, I discovered that quality assurance is my passion. During my final year, I came into contact with KTBA. I knew straight away: “I want to work there!”
I started at KTBA ten years ago with a labelling project for a major retailer. My work quickly expanded to include setting up, implementing and maintenance of quality systems. Labelling is a specialism in itself. Which is why I opted for the position of Labelling Consultant after a number of years. As a Labelling Consultant, I work on location on challenging projects for various food companies. I advise and guide clients in the sphere of labelling issues and legislative issues regarding food, feed and/or non-food products (FMCG). I was appointed Team coach Labelling Consultants as of 1 June 2017. As a Team coach, I am responsible for the optimal execution of the work activities of the team Labelling Consultants. I contribute to this as well.
I am enthusiastic, inquisitive and I have a lot of experience in the food industry. Every day, I make sure that the world is a safer place in terms of food and that the consumer can shop for food in good faith. I thoroughly enjoy doing so.
Manoeska Lintsen
Policy officer Riskplaza
As the person responsible for the content of the Riskplaza databank, I immerse myself in complex food matters. It is my task to remain up-to-date regarding legislation, science and current affairs with respect to food safety. Too little attention is paid to the food safety of ingredients. One of my challenges concerns transferring knowledge to (future) quality workers. I fulfil this role by means of giving webinars, seminars, guest lectures, master classes and writing white papers. There is still a lot to learn about food safety. In order to get the knowledge across, I not only have to make the expertise comprehensible, but also appealing. A fun challenge!
